Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions across various levels.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.Negotiate offers and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.Stay updated with current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices in the IT industry.Ensure adherence to defined TATs and recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
3-4 years of core IT recruitment experience (mandatory).Strong knowledge of technical skills, job roles, and hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment tracking systems will be an added advantage.Key Attributes:
