Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in understanding the needs of our clients/stakeholders by thoroughly reviewing job descriptions, conducting research, and asking relevant questions to identify the ideal candidates. Your responsibilities will include seeking out potential candidates through various channels such as networking, social media, job portals, and employee referrals to source top talent for open positions. Creating compelling and professional job postings that attract the right candidates on online and offline platforms will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be required to meet with applicants, discuss job roles, and screen them for their suitability. Acting as a liaison between the company and candidates, you will handle communication, phone calls, and inquiries before and after interviews. Negotiating salary and employment terms with candidates, obtaining their commitment for current and future job requirements, and keeping them informed about the recruitment process will be part of your responsibilities. Building credibility with candidates by providing timely updates and maintaining communication is crucial for creating a positive candidate experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for making job offers to successful applicants, providing them with offer letters, and discussing the position's benefits, requirements, and details post-approval from the management. The ideal candidate for this role should possess knowledge of Excel, be well-organized in maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS), hold a graduate degree, and have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience. The offered CTC for this position ranges from 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs per annum, inclusive of fixed and variable components.,
