Job Description

Role Overview

Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., India's largest apparel manufacturer and exporter, is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary discussion, offers, and pre-joining engagement for factory and HO roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate interviews with interviewers, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (End To End Recruitment).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent sourcing profiles creation, screening resumes, interview coordination, interview scheduling abilities.
Strong writing and communication skills in Kannada and English (mandatory), with the ability to handle candidate interactions, interviews, and documentation comfortably for plant and local hiring.
