• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support

  employer branding initiatives

  to position Vedantu as a preferred employer.

Qualifications & Skills

• 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in

  fast-paced organizations or startups

  .
• Strong

  sourcing skills

  across LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to

  multitask, prioritize, and thrive

  in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for

  identifying, engaging, and onboarding exceptional talent
