About The Role. People are our most prized asset and the talent acquisition team is at the forefront of ensuring we get the best folks. With that in mind, we are actively looking to build our Talent Acquisition Team as we scale from a team size of 200 to 300 in a year.. Your Responsibilities. Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing potential candidates to the joining date of the employee. Coordinate with various departments to identify their staffing needs.. Create a uniform selection criterion for all open positions by consulting with managers, senior management, and employees.. Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Boards, Social Media, Referral etc.. Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.. Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping from competitors.. Conduct hiring drives in campuses and employment branding initiatives.. Maintain the HRMS to ensure we have a ready made talent pool and right paperwork for all candidates.. Skill Sets/ Experience We Require. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or other related fields.. At least 1 years of work experience in recruitment / talent acquisition. Working knowledge of MS Office applications.. Proficient at working with ATS software like Keka Hire. Being active in HR communities / circles would be helpful. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.. Excellent negotiation skills.. Familiarity with the entire recruitment cycle and various sourcing techniques.. An entrepreneurial mindset is preferred.. Humble, hardworking and enthusiastic.
