(1-3 Years) Role Summary: The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for the organization. You would be closely working with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to ensure that open headcount requisitions are closed in a timely manner. Mandatory Skill Sets/Expertise: 1 – 3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function as a recruiter involved in sourcing candidates from diverse channels Extensive experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray searches, etc.) and a deep understanding of social media recruitment strategies Proficiency with social media, CV databases and communication skills Go-getter attitude with the superlative sense of accountability and ownership Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders Ability to track, analyze, and use recruitment metrics to drive decisions and optimize recruitment strategies Excellent analytical skills Excellent working knowledge on MS Office Suite Business understanding, customer centricity, learning agility and problem-solving skill. Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills Excellent networking capability whereby enabling to build a strong talent pipeline at any given point of time Excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete talent acquisition process for Accorian spanning across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple business verticals. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and direct outreach to identify top talent. Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche forums to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the role and deliver top-tier talent in a timely manner. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, ensure efficiency, and optimize the candidate experience. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing an engaging recruitment process. Continuously enhance recruitment processes to meet organizational goals and stay competitive in the talent market.
