Talent Acquisition Associate

You will be responsible for working on pharma/healthcare direct client requirements on a daily basis and handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US. Your duties will include searching and recruiting candidates with various skill sets as per the job specifications and understanding and fulfilling the client's requirements through job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites. Additionally, you will conduct initial interviews by phone to assess experience and skill levels and ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.
