Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, pre‑screening, and evaluating candidates across multiple roles and levels using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews; provide candidates with timely updates, feedback, and support.
Job Ad & Description Management: Draft, post, and track job postings on various platforms and the company website.
Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate pre‑boarding steps such as background/reference checks, employment paperwork, and orientation logistics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
