About the Role

Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) and Non-IT (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) roles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 24 years of hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles with attention to detail.
