We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Associate 📍 Location: Lucknow 🕒 Experience: 6 months – 2 years Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Bulk Hiring, preferably from the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including bulk hiring. * Source, screen and schedule candidates through multiple channels. * Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases. * Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
