Experience : 15 to 25 Years Role : Vice President Sales / Business Leader Shift : Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST). Job Description: Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth specifically in offshore testing services. This leader will focus on expanding offshore capabilities, building and nurturing client relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Should have a proven track record of Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Client Management experience. Must have Very strong expertise in Getting clients for Offshore model. Must have solid experience of End to End Business Development Activities in USA region. Proven experience in closing deals with mid to large enterprises as well as SMEs and StartUps. Must have solid experience of complete Sales Cycle starting from handling the Research team, coordinating with marketing team to plan and execute email/sales campaigns, Responding to RFI/RFPs, cold calling till closing the deal. Must have Strong Negotiation/Closing skills and creative follow through skills. Ability to be flexible and adaptable. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in offshore testing services, including functional, automated, performance, and security testing. Identify new market opportunities, competitive trends, and client needs to align the offshore testing services strategy. Business Development: Lead efforts to expand the client base and penetrate new market segments focused on offshore solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. Build long-term partnerships with key clients to foster trust and ensure sustained business. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing strategic guidance and leadership. Set performance benchmarks and drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Establish robust sales forecasting practices and deliver accurate sales projections to the executive team. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales pipeline status, and results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with offshore service capabilities and client expectations. Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and market standards. Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on software testing services and offshore delivery models. Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar deals and growing revenue within the offshore testing services domain. Strong ability to lead, influence, and motivate a sales team with a results-driven approach. In-depth understanding of the software testing landscape, offshore service models, industry trends, and client pain points. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently as well as with the team. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA is preferred. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and execution. High level of accountability and ownership.
