Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role nuances, and project priorities.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent skilled in Java, C#, C++, and related embedded or system-level development domains.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and other niche communities.
• Assess candidates for both technical depth and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain structured hiring analytics and dashboards to track performance metrics — time-to-hire, source mix, and quality-of-hire.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes, diversity goals, and industry standards.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, or Engineering).
• 4–8 years of experience in technical hiring, ideally within the semiconductor, EDA, or embedded systems industries.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and hiring for product/R&D roles.
• Proven experience in sourcing and assessing developers in Java, C#, C++, and embedded technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with multiple parallel mandates.
• Familiarity with Zoho ATS, sourcing tools, and Boolean search strategies.
