We’re Hiring: AI/ML Engineer – Vertical AI Agents & SaaS Solutions Location: Pune | Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience Are you passionate about building cutting-edge GenAI solutions and deploying large language models (LLMs) in real-world applications? At Left Right Mind, we’re on the lookout for an innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will: Develop & deploy AI/ML models to solve real business problems Optimize large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications Implement end-to-end ML pipelines — data preprocessing, training, evaluation Work with structured & unstructured data to derive insights Collaborate with engineers to bring models into production Stay updated with the latest in GenAI, RAG, and LLM research Use modern tools like LangGraph, Autogen, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Deploy on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker/Kubernetes What we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience in AI/ML Strong Python programming and ML framework experience Hands-on with LLMs like OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. Familiar with NLP, feature engineering, and model optimization Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills At Left Right Mind, we believe in the freedom to explore, question, and innovate.
