We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Associate – Talent Acquisition to support our hiring efforts across functions. This is a high-impact role where you'll be closely involved in sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent that shapes Pocket FM’s journey. What You'll Do: Support end-to-end hiring across roles and departments Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience Maintain data hygiene on ATS and generate recruitment reports Collaborate with hiring managers and the broader HR team to streamline hiring operations Help drive employer branding and talent outreach initiatives What We're Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must have! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-growth, dynamic environment Interest in startups and a passion for people Familiarity with creative, media industry is a plus!
