This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business, and creatives (live action video, genAI video, and audio) tackling first-time, complex challenges across diverse genres Marrying data and creative insights together to improve CPI (Cost per install) for our top-performing shows by unlocking new audience segments, new channels through different types of creative assets. Understand internal business funnels and creative funnels to fine-tune insights and turn them into actionables for the creative team. Have interest and a knack for learning in AI-Driven Video Production/animation / short form / long form / any other type of video creatives With the help of data analytics, figure out which kind of creatives suit which kind of audience in terms of appeal and scalability What are we looking for? 2-4 years of experience in business growth, brand marketing (FMCG preferred), performance marketing Unconstrained thinking, understanding of business funnels and creatives, good planning skills, structured problem solving, and quick executor/iterator. Fail quickly, learn quickly Track record of productive teamwork, works without any hierarchy in mind - starts with “why” rather than “what,” enjoys getting their hands dirty, and possesses a drive for continuous learning Preferred: Good creative experience/understanding, along with handling the business side of things Show more Show less
