Role Summary


Growth Manager, Enterprise Business


Key Responsibilities


  • Enterprise Growth Strategy:

    Develop and own the strategic roadmap for B2B pipeline generation, focusing on high-value, recurring corporate clients.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

    Design and lead targeted ABM campaigns to penetrate key industry verticals (e.g., Banking, Manufacturing, IT Services) and specific Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:

    Optimize B2B lead generation channels (e.g., corporate webinars, industry partnerships, executive outreach) and build robust nurturing sequences tailored for CXO and HR leadership audiences.
  • Pipeline Optimization:

    Analyze the entire enterprise sales funnel, identifying and addressing friction points to improve conversion rates from MQL to closed-won.
  • Content Strategy:

    Collaborate with the content and delivery teams to create high-impact, enterprise-focused marketing collateral (case studies, white papers on AI transformation, ROI calculators, custom proposals) that align with the sales cycle.
  • Sales Collaboration:

    Directly support the Enterprise Sales team with insights, pitch decks, and personalized market intelligence to close major deals.
  • Data-Driven Growth:

    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B growth, including Corporate MQLs, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline velocity, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Budget Management:

    Manage the enterprise growth budget, ensuring high return on investment (ROI) across all B2B marketing channels and initiatives.


Qualifications


  • Experience:

    5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, or Demand Generation, preferably within

    EdTech, IT Services, SaaS, or highly specialized Consulting/Training

    .
  • Domain Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of corporate L&D/HR processes and familiarity with the Data Science, AI, and Analytics landscape.
  • Skills:

    Proven expertise in

    Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

    , marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field. An MBA is a plus.
