Growth Manager

Role Overview: PhonePe Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to build solid relationships with key stakeholders on the merchants" side, develop growth strategies, pitch PhonePe's solutions, and be accountable for business metrics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development, revenue generation, and be comfortable working with various stakeholders to drive partnerships and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Build solid relationships & rapport with key stakeholders on the merchants" side - Develop merchant-specific growth strategies based on an understanding of the business environment - Pitch PhonePe's solutions and business proposition to key stakeholders - Be accountable for all business metrics and drive growth and development initiatives across all merchant segments - Understand category dynamics and build a solutions roadmap - Work with internal product and engineering teams to accomplish objectives - Negotiate commercial terms of partnerships with merchants - Finalize partnership agreements with legal teams - Collaborate with functional teams to finalize business plans and model engagement - Manage P&L for the portfolio Qualification Required: - Passion for business development - Experience in revenue generation - Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders - Solutioning mindset with the ability to work with product and tech teams - Proficient in planning, budgeting, tracking, and cost optimization Additional Details (if present): PhonePe Limited fosters a culture where employees are empowered to bring their best selves to work every day.
