Role Description This is a full-time on-site Associate role at PhonePe located in Ahmedabad. Associates will be responsible for daily operational tasks such as customer service, transaction processing, and merchant support. They will also assist in implementing new payment solutions, conducting market research, and analyzing user feedback to improve services.
