Job Description

Job Title: Growth Manager
Experience- 8-10 years
Location- Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing:-


Develop, implement, and manage scalable digital growth strategies across paid and organic channels.

Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and global ad platforms.

Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRO to drive consistent revenue and customer acquisition.

Design and execute A/B tests, landing page experiments, and new channel pilots to boost performance.

E-commerce Growth & Online Sales Management

:-

Manage and optimize sales across online marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and international platforms.

Improve product listings, pricing strategies, and conversions across multiple regions.

Implement cross-border E-commerce strategies and oversee global logistics and fulfilment optimizations.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:-


Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and optimize nurturing workflows through marketing automation.

Build retargeting, drip, and lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve conversions and retention.

Analyze funnels and customer journeys to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting:-


Monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and growth metrics across all channels.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and platform dashboards to generate actionable insights.

Implement a data-driven approach to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.

Business Development & Market Expansion:-


Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Build and maintain strong B2B/B2C & D2C relationships with distributors, partners, and marketplaces.

Identify untapped growth areas, expansion opportunities, and new export markets.

Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and optimize international shipping and customs processes.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment:-


Work closely with product, sales, content, and design teams to align growth goals with business objectives.

Develop affiliate programs, strategic alliances, and collaborations to drive incremental growth.

Budget & Resource Management:-


Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and ROI.

Allocate spending across channels based on performance insights and growth priorities.

Requirements:-


* Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Business Expansion roles.

* Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

* Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, WebEngage, etc.

* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, CRO, email marketing, and multi-channel growth strategies.

* Experience managing and scaling E-commerce businesses across local and international marketplaces.

* Deep understanding of global logistics, international trade regulations, and cross-border E-commerce.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills:-


* Experience with D2C brand growth and strategic partnerships.

* Knowledge of global marketplaces (Amazon Global, eBay, Quick Commerce, Flipkart Global).

* Understanding of international payment systems, pricing strategies, and regional customer behaviour.
