Talent Acquisition Executive - Job Description Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions across all levels, departments & locations Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner Design and drive employee referral programs Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various recruiting / talent acquisition related matters Candidate Profile: MBA in HR mandatory 3-12 months of experience in talent acquisition Understanding of and proven experience in sourcing candidates using online & offline channels Good interviewing & candidate assessment skills and driving the entire recruitment process Competent in understanding job descriptions for new roles Proven experience in planning recruitment plans and executing the same Experience in volume and niche hiring would be an advantage Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Candidates must be from Bangalore and must be able to work from the Basavanagudi HO once in a while as per requirement.
