As our Supply Chain Analyst,
you’ll play a key role in strengthening the Industrial Division’s supply chain by managing logistics and transit master data, supporting global trade activities, and ensuring clean, reliable master data for Hotel and DLC plants.

You will improve data accuracy, enhance logistics visibility, and streamline coordination across plants and global teams—helping reduce costs, support compliance, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.
You’ll collaborate
with Engineering, Plant Operations, GTM/GTS, and the Global Inventory team while owning core processes such as master data management, reporting & analytics, and support on key KPIs like logistics cost, ECCN/GTM, data quality, inventory, and OTD.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead logistics and cost-out initiatives by partnering with operations, shipping, and freight procurement teams to drive cost savings, optimize routes, and improve overall logistics efficiency.
- Support engineering, GTM, finance, and plant teams by updating ECCN/HS codes, mapping costs to customers, reviewing master data, and ensuring alignment with ID policies and manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including DLC/Hotel plants, procurement, engineering, finance, and GTM—to strengthen delivery performance, volume analysis, and master data accuracy.
- Use your skills in data analysis and master data management to improve OTD, PD KPIs, STO order alignment, buying–selling location accuracy, and overall operational performance.
- Continuously learn and maintain proactive service excellence by staying responsive to plant/division needs, sharing insights, and ensuring disciplined and customer-focused support to all sites.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution 3-8yrs of relevant experience.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, GTM, supply chain, or materials management, with a strong ability to analyze and improve complex business processes and systems.
- Proficiency in large-scale MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MFG Pro, along with strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data management tools.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures, including collaboration with regional teams, 3PL warehouses, procurement, engineering, and finance teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document processes clearly, train new employees, and engage confidently in cross-functional or remote settings.
- A continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset, with experience in project management, supporting operations initiatives, and optimizing logistics, GTM, VMI/CMI, and master data processes.
