Areas of Responsibilities The Electrical/Electronic Engineer is responsible for Improving, and supporting existing product designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring product functionality meets current standards. The role requires expertise in solving complex engineering problems, product validation, and providing technical support to cross-functional teams Key tasks 1) Hands on experience in Product Maintenance and Improvement (PMI) activities. 2) Analyse, and optimize PCBs, circuit architectures and embedded systems along with Microprocessor and Microcontroller circuitry. 3) Support validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental testing as and when needed. 4) Support resolving functional, application, and production issues while driving cost optimization and obsolescence management. 5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product improvements. Required Skills Through understanding on PCB engineering, Component engineering, EMI/EMC testing and circuit simulation Should have hands on experience on hardware architecture design, feature & performance specifications, 16/32-bit Microcontrollers based designs Should have hands on experience in Linear, SMPS, signal conditioning and driver circuit design & testing. Good working experience on analog and digital hardware design, circuit simulations using PSpice & LTspice tools. Should be able to analyse the analog & digital Circuits for Functional, performing FMEAs, Stress, Derating, Worst-case & Tolerance analysis Read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout and drawings. Minimum requirements to educational background Bachelors Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering. Total relevant work experience: 4 to 7 years as an Electronic/Electrical.
