The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Danfoss’s position in the HVACR, refrigeration, and energy efficiency sectors.The right candidate should have a pioneer spirit with a strong personal drive, eager to build up the market further and eager to make a difference. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with Danfoss’s business objectives. Execute brand positioning, product promotion, and demand generation campaigns. Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies. Manage content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns to enhance online visibility. Monitor website analytics and optimize digital performance. Oversee brand messaging consistency across all communication channels Background & Skills Education: Bachelor’s in marketing or related field. Experience: 1+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in HVACR, refrigeration sectors Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and event management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
