Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to SEO, social media marketing, paid campaigns, content marketing, and analytics, with a strong understanding of driving leads, engagement, and brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :-

-Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

-Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

-Execute SEO activities including keyword research, on-page and basic off-page optimization.

-Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

-Coordinate content creation for blogs, social posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.

-Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

-Improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.

-Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment.

-Monitor competitors, trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

-1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

-Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing.

-Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

-Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools.

-Basic understanding of email marketing and marketing automation tools.

-Good written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred / Good to Have Skills:-

-Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B marketing campaigns.

-Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

-Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

-Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe tools, etc.

-Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel marketing.
