As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing building projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and specifications. Your role will involve supervising construction activities on-site to guarantee compliance with design drawings and site conditions. Additionally, you will be conducting thorough estimate checks and managing large-scale project estimations while implementing quality control procedures to maintain project standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and reviewing as-built drawings, interpreting working drawings to guide project execution, and serving as a liaison between the construction site and the main office to ensure clear communication and coordination. Collaboration with various sectors involved in the project, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, will be crucial for successful project execution. Moreover, you will be required to perform bill checks, prepare accurate estimates, and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) while upholding comprehensive project documentation standards. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in site engineering within building projects, a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, and proficiency in project management, estimation, and quality control. The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans, excellent coordination and communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential qualities for this position. Experience in the preparation and review of BOQs and estimates will be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during the day, and there are performance bonuses available on a quarterly and yearly basis. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred.
