Role & responsibilities 1. Plan and manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels, and local transport. 2. Coordinate with employees for itinerary planning and approvals . 3. Maintain detailed records of all bookings, travel expenses, and employee travel histories, Assist with travel expense claims and reimbursement tracking 4. Support general office operations including supplies procurement and inventory tracking. 5. Liaise with travel agents, transport providers, and hotel vendors for best rates and services 6. Assist in planning and organizing internal events, meetings, and staff engagements 7. Raise, process, and track POs and PRs related to travel and administrative expenses. 8. Coordinate with the finance/procurement teams for timely payments and reconciliations

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HSE Engineer to support and enhance the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies at our project sites/facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with local and international HSE regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and reducing risk through effective systems and training. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments at sites or facilities. Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures to mitigate them. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Prepare detailed reports and propose corrective actions. Organize and conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety induction for new employees and contractors. Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Promote safety awareness and behavioral safety among employees and contractors. Participate in emergency response planning and drills. Support environmental monitoring initiatives and waste management programs. Liaise with regulatory authorities as required. Qualifications & Requirements: . equivalent HSE certification is mandatory. Good knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices. Strong communication and training skills. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in HSE management systems/software. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging environments.
