Are you detail-oriented, a great negotiator, and passionate about optimizing supply chains? Sigma AVIT, a leader in delivering innovative AV and IT solutions, is looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain and update procurement records, vendor lists, and price databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
Track inventory and coordinate restocking and logistics with warehouse teams.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to deliveries or quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Knowledge of AV/IT industry products (preferred but not mandatory).
