Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Plan and manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels, and local transport. 2. Coordinate with employees for itinerary planning and approvals . 3. Maintain detailed records of all bookings, travel expenses, and employee travel histories, Assist with travel expense claims and reimbursement tracking 4. Support general office operations including supplies procurement and inventory tracking. 5. Liaise with travel agents, transport providers, and hotel vendors for best rates and services 6. Assist in planning and organizing internal events, meetings, and staff engagements 7. Raise, process, and track POs and PRs related to travel and administrative expenses. 8. Coordinate with the finance/procurement teams for timely payments and reconciliations
