Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Website & CMS Management

  • Manage, update, and optimize website content using

    WordPress

    and other CMS tools.
  • Ensure site speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to

    technical SEO best practices

    .
  • Work with development and design teams to implement site enhancements and troubleshoot issues.

Content Development & Optimization

  • Create, proofread, and publish high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social channels, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO, including keyword integration, internal linking, and content structure improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and support the execution of the content calendar.

Digital Campaign & Email Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support

    email marketing initiatives

    , including list management, segmentation, campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Provide insights to improve deliverability, open rates, and click-through performance.

Technical SEO & Analytics

  • Conduct periodic website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (broken links, indexing errors, sitemaps, canonical tags, etc.).
  • Monitor rankings, keyword performance, and site health using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or SEO platforms.
  • Track performance metrics using Google Analytics and generate meaningful reports and insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with developers, designers, content writers, and product teams to deliver cohesive marketing output.
  • Contribute ideas and assist in executing new initiatives that support overall marketing goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Completed relevant

    digital marketing courses or certifications

    (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing fundamentals

    , SEO, technical SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with

    WordPress

    or similar CMS tools.
  • Exposure to

    email marketing

    and campaign execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
