Electronics Engineer

As an experienced candidate with a qualification of BE/BTech or Master's Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, you are required to have 8 to 12 years of experience in Mechatronics system design. Additionally, you should possess 4 years of experience as a project lead with a team of engineers under your supervision. Your role will involve reporting to the candidate, and you should have 2-4 years of experience as an L2 manager with multiple teams or multi-tiered team reporting to you. It is essential that you have successfully executed at least 1 client project as a project lead with a team of engineers reporting to you. Furthermore, you must demonstrate proven experience in pitching ideas/presentations, planning, budgeting, hiring/interviewing, and executing projects.
