Delta Saras Piping is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its manufacturing division. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haveli. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, developing new customer accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project execution. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, maintaining a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to revenue growth. Strong collaboration with internal teams and clients is required to ensure success in this role. Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Financial Management• Maintain books of accounts for manufacturing unit and project sites in Tally ERP / • Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and general accounting records.• Monitor accounts receivable and payable; ensure timely payments and collections.• Maintain control over project-wise costing, material reconciliation, and work order tracking.2. Billing & Project Accounting• Prepare and verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices.• Ensure all site expenses are properly recorded and supported with documentation.• Assist in project cost analysis and monitor project profitability and cash flow.• Maintain cost sheets for each project and reconcile periodically with site teams.3. Statutory Compliance• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS returns.• Handle PF, ESIC, and PT payments and compliance for staff and site workers.• Support in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory norms.• Coordinate with consultants and departments for tax assessments and notices.4. MIS & Reporting• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for management review.• Provide project-wise expense and profit reports to management.• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.• Prepare and present management MIS on financial performance and variance analysis.5. Coordination & Support• Liaise between head office and project sites for all accounting and documentation matters.• Support procurement and project teams with financial data and payment schedules.• Assist management in vendor negotiations and payment planning.________________________________________Skills & Competencies:• Strong knowledge of project accounting, costing, and manufacturing processes.• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).• Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.• Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.________________________________________Qualifications & Experience:• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing and project-based accounting.• Prior experience handling project sites, vendor billing, and costing is essential.________________________________________Working Conditions:• Based at Head Office, with coordination responsibilities for project sites.• May require occasional site visits for audit, verification, or coordination.• Standard working hours, with flexibility during closing or audit periods.
