Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive Piping based in Bhosari. The role involves managing procurement processes, preparing purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management activities to ensure efficient operations. The Procurement Executive will collaborate with suppliers, evaluate proposals, and manage procurement documentation. The individual will also analyze procurement data and support effective communication with stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, preparation of Purchase Orders, and expertise in Purchase Management
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data, supplier options, and market trends
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Proficiency in negotiation and contract management is an advantage
Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
General understanding on pipes,tanks
General understanding about thermoplastic
Familiarity with ERP system
office based role with frequent interaction with vendors
occasional travel to supplier location, vendor audits or project sites
