About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our fast-growing business. This role requires a balanced understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, Sales & Account Management, and Technology hiring — including Front-End / Back-End Developers, DevOps Engineers, Database Administrators, and AI Experts.

You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, building high-performing teams that drive growth, innovation, and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities - Talent Strategy & Sourcing

  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs across BPO operations, sales, and technology functions.
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, social media, events, and professional networks).
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles, ensuring business continuity and scalability.

Recruitment Operations

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Manage hiring for diverse positions, including:
  • BPO & Operations: Analysts, Specialists, Auditors, and Team Leads.
  • Sales & Account Management: Business Development Executives, Account Managers, and Client Success roles.
  • Technology: Front-End & Back-End Developers, DevOps Engineers, Database Administrators, and AI/ML Engineers.
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments aligned to business and cultural fit.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Collaborate with department heads to define job profiles, KPIs, and role success metrics.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide weekly recruitment dashboards, market insights, and hiring analytics to leadership.

Process Improvement & Employer Branding

  • Enhance recruitment processes for speed, accuracy, and candidate quality.
  • Represent the organization in job fairs, university drives, and professional networking events.
  • Promote the company’s mission, values, and brand as an employer of choice in the retail technology and AI space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in BPO and technology hiring.
  • Proven success recruiting across technical (DevOps, Full Stack, AI/ML) and business (Sales, Account Management, Operations) roles.
  • Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean sourcing, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, urgency, and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting in high-growth SaaS, AI, or retail technology companies.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and diversity hiring.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools (e.g., Codility, HackerRank, PI, or SHL).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
