Job Responsibilities: Client Project ManagementStrategize, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for clients across various platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, development) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to align strategies with current trends and client goals. Client Communication & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project status, campaign performance, and deliverables.Understand client needs and business goals to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction through clear, consistent communication. Strategy Development & ExecutionDevelop data-driven marketing strategies and present them effectively to clients.Identify opportunities for cross-channel marketing to maximize client success.Proactively suggest innovative approaches to improve performance and engagement. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly/weekly performance reports and present insights to clients.Analyze campaign results and recommend necessary changes to optimize outcomes.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc., for campaign tracking and reporting. Team Coordination & LeadershipGuide and mentor junior marketing team members.Allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth project flow.Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to support marketing goals. Client Retention & UpsellingBuild strong relationships to enhance client retention.Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.Assist the sales or account management team in converting leads to long-term clients.
