Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects Ability to create high-quality social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Experience in designing Facebook Ads with strong visual appeal and ad performance optimization Ability to craft Google Ads banners with an understanding of different ad formats and resolutions Expertise in creating GIF animations for engaging social media content Design & Creativity: Strong sense of typography, color theory, and composition Ability to create eye-catching, brand-consistent visuals Understanding of current social media trends and best practices Soft Skills: Creativity and innovation in design approaches Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Experience with motion graphics and short video editing Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools
