Responsibilities
Implement an automated testing infrastructure that covers all layers of theMobileWebServices technical stackWork with the Leads and ArchitectureEngineering Team to create a sustainable testingtoolset test automation framework that incorporates the DevOps model in ContinuousIntegration CI and Continuous Deployment CD pipeline and device inventoryDevelop comprehensive test suites to allow the Team to achieve its projectdeployment targets utilizing AgileScrum principles while achieving a test coverage of7080 or greaterCoordinate and work with both onshore and offshore resources for
- Manual testing for areas that dont meet the test automation parameters
- Creation or modification of automated test suites
- Automation of Load and Performance Testing of service APIs and mobileweb
apps
- Final rapid sanityverification regression testing preCD activities
Effectively communicate progress and issues with engineering and productproject managersto ensure verification validation signoff of issues for Ready for Production activitiesEnsure all testing processes and procedures are well documented with proper technicalspecifications and maintainableCollaborate with multiple project teams Product Management Experience DesignDevEngineering Operations on requirements and objectives for overall project success
Required Skills
Must Haves6 years experience in Developing endtoend test planssuites for all facets of softwaretesting including UI API automation Load Stress testing and Regression Sanity testing3 years experience in endtoend testing on ServiceNow modules specifically ITSM HRSD2 years experience utilizing the ServiceNow Automation Testing Framework ATFThorough understanding of testing practices blackbox testing riskbased testing systemtesting regression testing exploratory testing performance testing etcWorking knowledge of test methodologies processes and toolsets Selenium Grid AppiumPostman Test management tool TestRail Test issue tracking JIRA Performance testingApache JMeter or GatlingUnderstanding of continuous integration CI and continuous delivery CD practices GitLabJenkinsExperience with testing on services and applications running in AWSExperience taking projects from initial specrequirements through design and implementationtesting and debugging documentation and installation in an Agile environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills at building and strengthening relationshipsacross multiple functions to drive quality through cohesive tactical proper testing processesKnowledge test status metrics reporting creating executivelevel reports via dashboardsand the ability to convey the data in a clear and concise mannerExtra PointsExperience with one or more of the following programming languages Java JavascriptExperience with testing on cloud platforms AWSKnowledge of employee collaborative tools Slack Google Suite Zoom
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science related technical discipline or equivalent
