The Enabling Area – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer/Assistant Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance business productivity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.
  • Migrate legacy SharePoint environments (e.g., 2013/2016) to SharePoint Online.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, governance, and compliance.


Desired qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AD integration.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint PnP, CSOM, JSOM, and CAML queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripts is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SharePoint solutions.


Location and way of working


  • Base location: Delhi
  • This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
