Sales Executive Job Description Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion for the logistics services offered by the company. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring logistics solutions, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its offerings. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific logistics needs and offer customized solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Negotiation and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, pricing, and terms, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions and prompt issue resolution. Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits and value-added services provided by the logistics company, emphasizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network, generate leads, and enhance the company's visibility in the logistics sector. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in the market, client needs, and internal processes to maximize sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Sales Forecasting: Utilize forecasting tools and methodologies to predict sales trends, track progress against targets, and proactively address potential gaps. Qualifications: Female Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
