Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with comprehensive information about available listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Expected to achieve weekly performance goals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
• Conducting cold calls to leads and scheduling site visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate Edu tech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
