The Role: Driving Innovation to Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the commercial success of our innovative product portfolio within the Animal Healthcare, Poultry, and Aquaculture segments. This role is crucial for establishing and expanding our market presence by leveraging our unique, science-backed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Targeted Sales: Identify and secure sales opportunities specifically for our novel biopharmaceuticals, enzymes, probiotics, and veterinary/aqua feed supplements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, farmers, and industry experts in the Veterinary, Poultry, and Aquaculture markets.
• Technical Sales: Effectively communicate the scientific value, benefits, and technical data of our specialized bio-molecules and formulations to potential clients.
• Market Expansion: Execute strategic sales plans to enter new territories and expand the usage of our innovative products.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on market feedback and competitive activity.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the Animal Healthcare, Veterinary, Aquaculture, or Biopharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding or background in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or life sciences is a significant advantage, allowing for effective technical sales discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a specialized, technical sales environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to quality and service excellence.
• Willingness to travel to engage with clients across major aquaculture and livestock landmarks.

Compensation

• Salary and compensation will be competitive and decided upon discussion, based on your relevant experience and qualifications.
• Attractive sales incentives/commission structure tied to performance.
