Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Head & Store Manager.
Maintain a strong understanding of all the Products & Services offered.
Greet and assist customers politely, Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Cross-Sell products and Up-sell memberships, offers, and festive gift hampers to enhance customer engagement resulting in Increased Cart/Order value.
Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and festive events.
Build strong relationships with regular customers through daily Calling & communication activities to increase repeat footfall.
Maintain product displays, ensure stock rotation, and keep shelves organized and attractive.
Accurately Handle all daily billing and POS operations.
Record, Maintain & Update Daily & Monthly MIS accurately.
