Job Description – Senior Sales Executive

Buildown Developers is a premium construction and villa development company in Kerala, committed to delivering high-quality residential projects with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, transparency, and timely project execution. As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support junior sales team members by supervising daily activities and delegating tasks.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets efficiently.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sales meetings, and review discussions.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members to improve performance.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethics, and professional standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, lead conversion, and closing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary ;30 k to 45k +Incentives
