We are hiring a highly organized and result-driven Female Project Manager – Civil with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management. The ideal candidate will lead, coordinate, and oversee the full lifecycle of our villa construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and close civil construction projects within set timelines and budget Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution Develop detailed project schedules, progress reports, and performance tracking Monitor and manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost effectively Identify and mitigate project risks in a timely manner Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, clients, and site teams Ensure optimal use of resources and efficient project workflows Escalate critical issues to the Board of Directors when necessary Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all project phases --- Experience : 5+ years Location: Trivandrum Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (additional qualifications preferred) Note: Looking a senior site Engineer for this Role Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9778418849 Application Deadline: 16/06/2025
