Project Manager (Civil)

Job Description: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects within a high-rise setting. Your main focus will be to ensure adherence to codes, practices, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) policies, performance standards, and specifications. Daily interactions with clients to grasp their requirements, oversee quality control, assign responsibilities, and offer technical support to the project team will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects effectively - Ensure compliance with codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications - Engage with clients to understand their needs and act as their representative on-site - Conduct comprehensive quality control assessments, provide project status reports, and mentor the project team - Collaborate efficiently with the project manager and team members, review engineering deliverables, and implement necessary corrective measures Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a reputable real estate firm in Ahmedabad - Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, along with advanced MS Office skills - Knowledge of regulations, best practices, and performance standards - Ability to handle multiple discipline projects, possess project management and supervision capabilities - Strong decision-making, leadership, time management, and organizational skills - Possession of a current engineer license and a degree in Engineering or a related field Job Description: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects within a high-rise setting.
