We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and expert knowledge of the real estate market. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our real estate offerings through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services. Identify customer needs and provide information about available properties. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales appointments. Assist clients in understanding the buying process and provide guidance. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing leads and conversions. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour in all interactions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in telesales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
