We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, answering questions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls from customers, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversion of potential customers.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the sales and marketing teams.
Adhere to company policies and scripts while handling calls professionally

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and regional languages (as required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
