What Will You Do?

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from concept to commissioning.

Manage design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery phases.

Ensure alignment with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

Technical Coordination

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to resolve technical challenges.

Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

Support product customization and application engineering for client-specific needs.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Risk & Cost Management

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor project budgets and control costs through efficient resource utilization.

Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reports, and change logs.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Travel to sites and supplier places depends on the need (~10%).

Your Experience Should Be…

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering.

5–8 years of experience in project management within heavy engineering or rotating equipment manufacturing.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project) and ERP systems.

Understanding of industrial fans, compressors, blowers, and associated systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects for sectors like power, cement, steel, mining, or oil & gas.

Exposure to fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes.

Experience in MS D365.
