Project Coordinator – Client Services Job Description: Position: Client Relations & Documentation Manager Location: chennai Reporting To: Studio Director / Principal Architect Experience Required: 3–6 years in architecture, real estate, or client management roles Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve as the bridge between our clients and our design team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely documentation, coordinating with legal teams for registrations and agreements, and supporting the studio’s project administration functions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-project initia tion • Schedule regular client updates and coordinate design meet ings • Gather client feedback and ensure it is relayed to the design team • Maintain a professional and approachable presence representing the studio Documentation & Coordination: Handle all project-related documentation, including MoUs, agreements, LOIs, and architectural submissions. Follow up with clients, consultants, and legal advisors for signing and processing documents • Ensure timely submission of documents to government departments or registration authori ties Coordinate with external agencies like legal firms, registration offices, RERA consultants, and others for filing and approvals Administrative Support: • Maintain updated project files, status logs, and client communication records • Track deadlines for approvals, submissions, and agreements • Help prepare formal communications, reports, and presentation decks for clients Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Architecture, Business Administration, or Legal Studies) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in real estate documentation, legal registry follow-ups, or architectural admin preferred • Proficiency in MS Office, documentation tools, and project tracking systems Soft Skills: • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent follow-up and time management skills • Calm and solution-oriented when managing client expectations • Discreet, reliable, and a team player Show more Show less
