JOB Profile

• Convert CAD drawings and sketches into detailed 3D models
• Create 

  photo-realistic renders

   with proper lighting, materials, and camera angles
• Handle complete visualization pipeline: 

  modeling → texturing → lighting → rendering → post-production

• Prepare 

  animations, walkthroughs

  , and real-time presentation models if required
• Work with architects and designers to match project intent and mood
• Use AI tools or real-time renderers to improve speed and visual quality

Technical Skills Required

• 3ds Max

   (primary modeling tool)

• Corona Renderer

   or 

  V-Ray

   (high-quality renders)

• SketchUp / Rhino / Revit

   (modeling imports)

• Photoshop

   (post-production and detailing)

• After Effects

   or 

  Premiere

   (for animations and walkthroughs)
• Knowledge of 

  Unreal Engine / Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render

   is a bonus

• AI experience

   with tools like 

  Midjourney

  , 

  Stable Diffusion

  , or 

  Runway ML

   is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to create and manage custom material libraries and lighting presets

• Strong design sense, good eye for detail, lighting, and materiality
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-end results on time
• Good communication and file management skills
• Team player who can mentor junior artists if needed
