3D Visualizer

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Interior Design team at INTERIORPHASE, a Mumbai-based luxury interior design firm. As a 3D Visualizer, your primary responsibility will be to create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for residential and commercial interior projects. You will play a crucial role in converting 2D concepts into detailed 3D visualizations and preparing accurate 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: - Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for residential and commercial interior projects. - Convert 2D concepts, sketches, and mood boards into detailed 3D visualizations. - Prepare accurate 2D working drawings in AutoCAD including furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical, plumbing, and detailed joinery drawings. - Collaborate with interior designers to ensure technical and design accuracy. - Optimize rendering workflows, lighting, materials, and textures to produce high-quality visuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and interior design trends. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop. - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing detailed 2D drawings with technical specifications. - Good understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site execution detailing. - Strong portfolio showcasing both 3D visualizations and 2D drawings. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is an added advantage.,
